When submitting a video, please record in landscape, from the side at 1080p or higher resolution (Iphone or the like is OK). Please trim your video as well and include the amount of weight lifted in the email.

The most important thing is that we are able see your entire body, from your feet to the top of your head, and your hands if it’s a Press.

Place your phone/camera 2-3 feet off the ground (hip height) (on a box or bench, etc) about 10+ feet away.
 

If you don’t have a tripod, you can lean it against something like a dumbbell or water bottle.

We prefer the angle is at 45-degrees between the front/side or rear/side (see below for optimal placement for each lift).
